The modern McCabe’s was established in December 2018 by Tina Cross. Tina began working at McCabe's Printing Group in the '90s, and grew with the company in a customer-service-first role. Through the years, we've remained committed to our time-tested values of quality assurance, friendly service, and promoting the positive impacts of local businesses, charities, and educational organizations.

Nothing except our coffee maker is a one-button operation—we're all trained in setting up projects the right way, catching mistakes before they happen, and keeping our workstations at their maximum efficiency. Tina is the leader of our fearless crew. With decades of experience in the printing industry, she knows a thing or two about applying big ideas to a small business. Under her care, every project that enters our doors is guaranteed to be in smiling, capable hands. Plus, she’s discovered the 25th hour of the day!
When she’s not working, Tina can be found crafting, gardening, and playing with her canine and feline companions. Rumor has it that she brings her pet dog Ruby to work EVERY day!
Chris specializes in big-picture project costing, project planning, and production. He grew up around the printing industry, which naturally means he’s hooked for life! Catch him dashing around the shop— coffee mug in hand—ready to clear confusion and offer solutions in the wild world of printing.
Rene is an expert at office management. Whether you have 1 or 100 projects per year, she’ll ensure no detail gets overlooked from concept to completion.
With an extensive printing background, including graduating from college with a degree in printing, Rene can answer just about any project question you throw her way!
Antonio’s charisma is unparalleled. He’s animated when you’re animated, composed when you’re formal, and has a mile-wide toolbox of industry knowledge for any occasion. Catch him on-site over a project, off-site over a coffee, or at a local estate sale appraising vintage products!

Bill joined our team as a newcomer to the printing industry and became an overnight natural! Now several years into his printing journey, he specializes in many of our booklet, signage, and mailing projects without breaking a sweat. Bonus points: he keeps our shop dog Ruby well exercised!
Bethany keeps our lobby traffic operating smoothly and handles a large number of our phone inquiries and website orders. Her organizational skills allow McCabe's Printing to be classified as "A Functioning Print Shop" instead of "The Aftermath of a Tornado"!
Printing is meant to be an easy and fun experience, and Kenny's here to make that a reality. Catch him on the front lines of the shop, making sure your phone, email, fax(!?), and in-person inquiries are all addressed clearly and efficiently.
Colin started in the world of printing in high school, running an offset press as part of a summer technical education program. One graphic design college degree later, Colin is back in the printing world! From graphic design to file cleanup, preparation, and organization, he's our pre-production quality control.
Nadia joined our team after earning her art degree at George Mason University. She has a thorough background in photography and graphic design and can be seen ALWAYS taking extensive notes on every aspect of the printing world.
As our customers' diverse printing needs have grown, so has our production schedule! Savannah tackles our late-afternoon design shift to keep your print projects one step ahead of the game.
Lisa is our go-to person for common-sense, no-nonsense approaches to our daily production needs. She juggles our copy, wide format, and inventory departments without breaking a sweat, and is our main line of defense for project quality control.
Casey ensures nothing slips between the cracks when things get hectic. Whether he's operating our digital presses or helping in our bindery department, he greatly helps make our daily production goals achievable.
Imagine if we DIDN'T deliver completed projects to businesses and offices in Northern Virginia...that would be terrible! Thanks to Wayne, we don't need to worry about that scenario.
